UpGamer Delivery Policy

At UpGamer, we are committed to shipping every console, game, and accessory you order quickly, securely, and in pristine condition. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Order Processing Time

Orders with confirmed payment before 3:00 PM (WIB, Monday - Friday) will be processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

For instant deliveries (GoSend/Grab), the processing cut-off time is 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday).

Courier Options & Estimated Delivery

We partner with trusted courier services in Indonesia to reach your location:

Regular/Economy: JNE, J&T, SiCepat (Estimated 1-5 business days, depending on location).

Cargo: For large or heavy items like consoles (Estimated 3-7 business days).

Instant/Sameday: GoSend & Grab (Available for Jakarta area and surroundings).

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the courier's real-world conditions.

Packing & Security

Games & Accessories: Every product will be wrapped in thick bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy polymailer or cardboard box.

Consoles: Consoles will be shipped using a double box (an outer and inner box) and layered bubble wrap to ensure maximum safety during transit. Wooden crate packing is available upon request.

Order Tracking (Tracking Number)

You can track your order status easily. The shipping tracking number will be updated in our system and sent to your email within 1x24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

Damages & Shipping Insurance

All high-value shipments (such as consoles) automatically include shipping insurance.

UpGamer's responsibility for the product ends once the package is handed over to the courier. Any damage or loss caused by courier negligence is beyond our responsibility.

Important: To file a claim for damage or missing items, customers are required to provide a clear, unedited unboxing video. The video must show the package from its original sealed state until the items are fully visible. Without this video, we unfortunately cannot process the claim.
